This review would've been better if the atmosphere was better. It was dirty, the table we were sat to was very sticky, and the t.v. was blared to the max it seemed. The pizza was o.k., and we were handed a 2 liter for our soda. Now I know why the table was sticky, because people have to pour it themselves and miss more often than not. The soda was warm too, which really ticked me off. Will NOT be returning. Don't recommend it to anyone.

We discovered this place on the recommendation of several friends, and boy were they ever right about how good this pizza is! Every ingredient is fresh and flavorful (particularly the spicy crumb sausage), the crust is to die for, and the seasonings in the sauce are what makes this pizza outstanding. The Farouk and the Princeton Tiger specialty pizzas are our favorites. We've also tried the spaghetti and meatballs and cheesy breadsticks and they are both delicious.

Tip: I would recommend dine-in or carry-out, as they tend to get specifics wrong on phoned-in delivery orders. We are far enough away (in Haubstadt) that we need to have the delivery driver meet us halfway in Ft. Branch. Maybe we're just unlucky, but 4 times out of 5, SOMETHING is messed up on our order (wrong toppings, forgot a salad or drinks, wrong size pizza, etc.). At least if you go onsite you can get your order fixed. Doesn't take away from the quality of the pizza, however.

We popped into this small place on the square on a Sunday evening, hoping to enjoy a nice pizza dinner. The temperature inside was just slightly lower than outside, with a box fan blowing in the dining room. After taking a seat at one of the handful of tables, my wife noticed something moving near the fan. To our shock it was a bat. We immediately vacated the restaurant and called from our vehicle to let the workers know about it. The worker responded skeptically, then halfheartedly said they would look into it. We will never step foot in that place again.

Okay, so this isn't the nicest place or even the cleanest, but we LOVE any Bobe's pizza. Growing up in the 50s and 60s, there were not fast food or pizza places like there are now. Byron Bobe from Vincennes began serving pizzas at his small restaurant on 6th Street in Vincennes, IN. It's still there going strong....other generations of the Bobe family have split off and opened their own version of Bobe's pizza...there isn't a Bobe's pizza we don't like. Wish I lived closer to eat there more often.
