This place was mediocre at best. The freeway facing room was inadequately insulated from the road and aircraft noise. The carpet was dirty and badly stained. Ugg!
Bed Cleanliness was ok and the breakfast was ok, otherwise one star. Not worth the price.

Had a one-night stop-over - arrived late, left early. Airport transfers worked well. Staff were responsive to email requests. Not the brightest welcome on reception. Rooms were large. All up, a pleasant stay. I have nothing against the hotel, it's an IHG Branded Hotel but it does not have the usual IHG wow impact factor.... never received the customary IHG Gold member welcome.

Room Tip: Even though I was on a high floor, people congregated around the entrance area to chat, so might be best avoided if sensitive to noise

My dad and I spent Labor Day weekend at this hotel while attending the U.S. Nationals NHRA race. Room was clean and comfortable. The staff (Lori, Larry, Brandy and Ryan) were courteous and took care of any needs that we had (extra towels, toiletries, etc). The breakfast area was large and well stocked. Caitie, the hotel manager, went above and beyond in making sure our reservation was accurate and that we could use reward points for our stay. We had originally been told by IHG that this wasn't possible, but Caitie went the extra mile and made sure that we could. Will definitely use this hotel again for future race weekend travels!

This hotel was clean and well maintained, but showing it's age.

The room was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was nicely sized with a good shower.

There is no fitness center, although there is an outdoor pool.

The WiFi was good.

The highway noise was very intrusive, making it difficult to sleep.

Room Tip: Pick a room away from the highway and the elevator.

We had a king room with a sleeper sofa. The king bed was very uncomfortable, and the sleeper sofa not much better. The furniture was very worn in the room. Breakfast was good, and the wifi worked well.
