Food was decent - pretty weak options for craft beers. Our service was pretty weak too, but to their defense, it was very busy. 3 stars seems about right

We had dinner here at a not so busy time. Despite their attempted advertising, this place is anything but Irish. Their menu had 4 traditional Irish meals. Mo's is more of an American Bar restaurant that happens to serve a few Irish dinners.

For us, the service was slow. Dinners came out to different people and it took a long time for drink refills.

The bar was hopping and looked fun...but we can't really recommend the restaurant.

You won't be disappointed!! Tomato soup and ultimate grilled cheese sandwich are perfect when it's cold outside! Their fish and chips are the best. Chicken fingers are super good too. Best restaurant at Hamilton Town Mall. Oh, and don't forget the giant cookie with ice cream for dessert!

Sports bars have to use some gimmick to distinguish themselves from the competition, other than by offering a superior burger and multiple large-screen TVs. Some take the racy approach, like Hooters, while others take the name of their sports celebrity owners. Mo’s has labeled itself an “Irish” pub, but the designation is about as authentic as Tom Cruise playing an Irishman in “Far and Away.” So what is a Santa Fe grilled chicken sandwich or a kung pao chicken doing in an Irish pub? This is corporate America’s idea of an Irish pub, rather than the creation of some Irishman who, landing on a foreign shore, starts a pub out of homesickness. The menu makes some minor concessions to “Irishness,” with corned beef and cabbage and a shepherd’s pie, but does just this and serving Guinness on tap really make the bar into an Irish pub?

Interestingly, however, the bar does have two versions of “boxty” on the menu, and a boxty is an authentic Irish dish (at least according to Wikipedia) that is a potato pancake. At Mo’s, the boxty forms a wrapper with some interesting fillings. The BBQ chicken and shrimp boxty that I had, while a bit too much, had a nice balance of chicken, shrimp, Andouille sausage, corn, and onion inside. Someone else in our group was also quite complimentary of the corned beef, which came with boiled cabbage, but not a huge hunk of it.

So, OK, this is no Irish pub, but you can get Harp’s as well as Strongbow cider, a black and tan, and a good selection of Irish whiskey. While it doesn’t pass the laugh test in terms of being an Irish pub, Mo’s “Irish Pub” isn’t a bad place for a bite.

The food was great, as was the service. Couldn't ask for a better place. Not sure if they have an outdoor seating area, but the atmosphere inside was great.
