“Expected better”
Reviewed June 4, 2014

This restaurant is located right on the square in downtown Noblesville. Great location! We went on a Sunday around 10:00 AM. Good crowd when we arrived and we heard some people talking that they liked this place. All good signs as we were waiting for our table since we had never been here before. Had two adults and two kids in our party. Our wait was about ten minutes for the table. Place is not big but enough tables and breakfast is not usually an hour long affair so turnover should be fairly decent to move people in and out. The baked goods in the display case at the front looked delicious and we had time to look those over.

Got seated and it took 10 minutes to get drinks ordered - they did come out quickly. Hot chocolate is literally hot water in a small glass with 1/2 of the package put in. Very watered down . Sent it back and got milk. Ordered our meals and it took 20 minutes to arrive. Typically breakfast menu items do not take that long to make as most are egg related, toast, gravy, biscuits, pancakes, etc. No time consuming items on the menu so not sure what the situation with that was.

Biscuits and gravy - gravy not so good - average maybe. Eggs benedict - not made with Canadian bacon as all lovers of eggs benedict know that they should be. Eggs over hard with home fries came out as expected. Chocolate chip pancakes had very few chips - kind of disappointing. Very large pancakes though so good value for the money.

Overall - I would probably not return here - nothing special really. I do see a lot of other good reviews of this place on here though. The employees were friendly. The place was clean. The prices were good.

“Always Awesome!”
Reviewed June 4, 2014 credit card Amex Card Member Review

My wife and I frequent Rosie's Place, and each time we go, there is something different that makes us love it more and more. We really love their bakery, and almost always start our meal with a cinnamon roll, which are fresh, generous in size, and truly delicious. They also offer a substantial menu with dietary options for any person—gluten free, health conscious, etc. Their sweet potato fries are incredible, and their homemade breads, sauces and ingredients make an ordinary sandwich just incredible!

Tip: If it's past 11a and you're ordering breakfast, you can swap fries with your breakfast instead of the country potatoes. Yum!

“Worth having to shout a bit”
Reviewed June 2, 2014

We love Rosie's and have been here for breakfast many times. The food is always beautifully presented and delicious. We came here for lunch for the first time and again, Rosie's did not disappoint. I loved the salmon tacos! I've never had a bad meal here. The only problem is the noise level. Because of the old wood floors and tin ceiling it is very hard to hear. I'm not sure what they could do to help that wouldn't take away from the ambiance, though. I'll put up with the noise for the food!
