I would highly recommend staying somewhere else. The staff were too busy playing around and watching TV to help me. Such a shame as the hotel was nice.

This hotel is very nice but somebody needs to train the staff. We walked into the foyez to find no receptionist and the staff playing cards. We had to interrupt their game to get someone to help us. We said: "Hello, how are you?" and received the reply: "Passports." The girl handed us two keys and walked off. We eventually found the lift and our rooms which were lovely with a great view. Later on we ventured down for a bite to eat but there was terrible loud music in the dining area so we went accross the road to a lovely little restaurant. It was another hotel and I wish we had stayed there. Later on we went back to the hotel where the music was still booming. We went to the bar and waited for about 15 minutes for someone to serve us with warm beer. (Although this seems popular in Vietnam). We had to hunt down someone from out the back to have another beer and then they ran out of beer. As there was nothing to do without a 10km cab ride, we went off to bed. In the morning, I walked out of my room and thought to myself: "It is 7.30am, surely that loud music that I can here from the 5th floor is not in the breakfast room?" As the lift door opened on the ground floor, the harsh reality was that the music was in the breakfast area. There was also a very loud television on which the staff were watching. I sat down, ordered an omlette. When I was called over to go and get it myself, it was just a fried egg. I also received a cup of coffee which the girl had put salt in instead of sugar. I could mention several other things such as no card faciilites and the nearest ATM being 12km away etc etc. The bottom line is, JUST DON'T THERE!!!
