We originally booked the top floor 3bed apartment for us and our 2 friends, which indeed has nice sea views over the dunes and is very well kitted out with everything you would need. Ensuites to 2 bedrooms and plenty of space including a great deck. Unfortunately before we visited my husband had to start using a wheelchair and could not manage the stairs, so we had to use one of the downstairs units, whilst our friends had the whole of the upstairs. This was not in fact anybody's fault, but having the opportunity to see both types of accommodation made us realize the top unit was the only one worth staying in. We did have a new ensuite in our downstairs unit, but it was basically a large motel room, with no views at all, as the dunes hid the sea from sight. However, it was nice to walk through to the beach each day. Because of the above, I would only recommend the top unit.
