While spending a day in Nashville, my mom, aunt, and grandmother stopped in at the Artist's Colony Restaurant. I've passed it on other occasions but was in town over lunch this time. The menu looked good to all of us, and between the three of us, we decided to try the pot pie, the grilled pork tenderloin w/slaw, and the quiche/soup combo. All of us would rate our meal a B+ or better, but I don't think any of us felt that it worth "writing home about." I'd go back, but I'd probably try something else just to keep exploring my options, and to see if I could find that A+ meal.
Atmosphere feels like a nice big country living room, with fireplace and all. There's also a small patio, but we ate inside due to the rain that day.
All in all, would recommend! Excellent service, and fair prices (on avergae, $8-9 for lunch).
