We planned to stay here for 2 nights on a huge cross-country trip from Seattle, just so I could go into Bloomington/IU for a day (class of '84). Who thought this woudl be our FAVORITE place of the whole 5-week trip?? So much is because of Tyra and Lance. They are just great people and amazing hosts. The breakfasts were to die for!! We stayed in Maybelle's Cabin and it is breath-taking! LOVED having a record player and all those great albums. The bathroom was like from a magazine (LOVED soaking in the tub with all the candles). My daughter loved the frogs int he stream, the mini-horses, and their daughter!! Nashville is a gem of a place. We just had a hard time leaving!

Room Tip: It is worth it to get Maybelle's if you can!

We stayed in the Treetop and had a wonderful time. The weekend breakfasts were out of this world and we will definately be back. Thanks Lance and Tyra for being so gracious.

Room Tip: Remember to bring your own dishsoap, kithchen towels, paper towels, etc. The dishwasher did not work...

We have been coming to Nashville for 7 years and this was the most fun. Two of our daughters were able to come and stay for part of the vacation too. We stayed in the Treetop for 9 nights and it felt like home away from home. Lance, Tyra and their children are just wonderful, friendly and made us feel at home. It was very peaceful and relaxing. We found Treetop to be beautifully decorated and clean. Playing pool in the evenings was also very fun. We enjoyed their dogs, cat and horses very much and were pleased we could bring our dog. The weekend breakfasts were wonderful. We are looking forward to seeing Tyra and Lance again next year when we come down for our annual bicycling vacation.

Room Tip: They are all great!!

We were a group of 4 friends looking for a girlfriend getaway weekend. We found the perfect place at Maybelle's Cabin. It was charming on the outside and inside. It had a perfect gathering room to sit and relax after a day of shopping in Nashville and we each had our own comfy bed to sleep in at night. Tyra and Lance were so friendly and accommodating. They both took time to chat with us about the history of Robinwood Inn and made wonderful suggestions of where to eat and places to visit in the surrounding area. The weekend breakfasts we were served were absolutely scrumptious. We all plan on returning to Robinwood - maybe with spouses in tow during the fall or on our next girlfriend getaway trip.

Scoured the internet looking for a place close by that my husband and I could go to for a couple days with our older dog. Finding a place that suits me is hard enough, but put a 13 year old dog in the mix and it becomes almost impossible. Found it! This place was terrific- clean, beautifully decorated, peaceful, well located. Even the bed was way confortable. We had a great time- Tess, the dog included.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay in the Treetop Loft for our anniversary. The quiet setting was perfect for wine in the hot tub or sitting on the porch swings watching the stars. During the day we were visited by Romeo and even Stella the kitty came by, and we fed the mini horses some carrots. Downtown Nashville is a quick drive away. Tyra and Chef Silas went out of their way to work around my food allergies to provide breakfast for me. The full kitchen in the cabin, plus the grill, allowed us to eat "at home" and made it easier for us to just camp out. We played pool and corn hole and just spent a lot of time reconnecting. We couldn't have asked for better. Thank, Lance and Tyra, for everything!

we were very impressed with this Inn. It's a good place to stay if you want piece and quiet. Very private and relaxing. I will be going back!! Weekend breakfast was amazing and the Inns keepers are so nice. The Robinwood studio is perfect for couples. Very comfy king bed and private hot tub on back deck.
