We were furniture shopping in the area and decided that ice cream was needed before we headed out of town. Saw "Rocket Science" listed in a brochure and thought it would be fun. Stopped in and wandered around the many shops inside the Coppes Building before getting serious with the ice cream. They have "standard" recipes to choose as well as a long list of flavors to allow you to make your own concoction. We went with Death by Chocolate. All the fresh ingredients are added to a metal bowl and mixed well before a jet of liquid nitrogen hits the mixture. A few more stirs and couple more short blasts of nitrogen and viola! you have fresh ice cream. Fun to watch, and even more fun to eat.
