It was a pleasure to stay at the resort and as I was there for 9-nights it really felt like a home away from home which was great. Having a car-park by next to each villa was handy too.

First impressions was that it felt and looked really clean and tidy and nice little touches like rolled towels on beds. Was really happy that decor effort had been made with modest bathrooms that were white tiled and modern/nice shower.

I was asked if I was happy to receive room service around 6 days into my stay so that linen and towels could be refreshed which was great.

Loved having Foxtel movie access to pass the time on odd day there was a tropical rain shower.

Good kitchen space and amount of utensils right down to pyrex dishes and wine glasses.

Only improvements I'd make would be possibly a convection oven in place of no actual oven (good stove top though which was fine) and an iPod/radio dock, but spent most my time out that it wasn't a major.

Pool area was lovely and clean/spacious - couple of little square side tables for putting wine/nibble on might've made it even better. Really enjoyed it regardless.

Only 5-mins walk from Elizabeth Beach and another15-mins to Boomerang Beach and finally just couple mins over the hill from there Bluey's which had great little shops that included Pharmacy, Home Gift Shop, Fish n Chip Shop, Cafe (great food, just busy so bit of a wait), Pizza Bar (so yum!), newsagent for basic groceries and excellent wineshop/liquor store just next door which also sold top quality snacks, cheese, organic crackers etc. Just the right amount of everything.

If you were there for awhile Forster is only 20-mins drive away for Coles, superstores and mall access.

Overall I had a great time and the villa was a real haven to come back to at the end of a busy day prepping for my sisters wedding. Would definitely stay there again!

Room Tip: I stayed in a 2-bedroom Villa (No.1) near the front and it was perfect, would ask for it again. Pref...

Parents out from London thought they were "Living in the rainforest!" at beautifully kept Pacific Palms Resort. A very special place within walking distance of beach, lake, headland and rainforest walks. Just fabulous!

Our stay at the Pacific Palm Resort was just wonderful. Our condo was clean, well maintained and everything we needed was there. The kids enjoyed the pool (even in the rain), the tennis court and the recreation room. Susan was so good to come down and let us in when we didn't make it on time and we loved Nicks' jokes and good stories. The beach was just a short walk (5 minutes) away and to us very special because it was on the Lethbridge Rd (we are from Lethbridge, Canada). When we come back to this beautiful country, we definitely will visit Pacific Palm Resort again. Thank you for your friendliness, kindness, you made us feel at home!!

Unexpected luxury! Dropped in to see what accommodation was available. Had a look around the resort and was very impressed. Clean, well maintained and well set out establishment. Obviously recently refurbished. Was lucky enough to be able to stay the night in a two bedroom villa. Very well equipped and spotlessly clean. The people at reception were friendly and helpful, and obviously proud of the their product. And rightly so. We have booked again for October!

Room Tip: You will need a car as there are no cafes or shops nearby. Only a short walk to the beautiful Elizab...

Last week we stayed at Pacific Palms Resort for one week. The resort is situated in a beautiful area surrounded by rain forests, lake and sea. The unit which we stayed in was very nice and very clean when we arrived. The gardens in the resort were well maintained and everything was lush and green quite impressive really. We found plenty to do and see each day that we were there and the resort has quite a lot of information regarding attractions and things to do. The only disappointment was the pool and spa were being renovated so we were not able to use them and the wi fi was not working. We would recommend staying at Pacific Palms as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay the staff were helpful and pleasant.
