This apartment was perfect for us.
We stayed in the ground floor apartment. The apartment itself was clean, spacious and attractive. Beds were very good and facilities were all superb. Our apartment had a shared shady terrace (to the swimming pool) and a small balcony at the back; I believe the higher apartments had larger balconies front and back. Also particularly useful to a family was use of the shared laundry facilities.
The swimming pool is lovely (and again, very clean). There are only 4 apartments so we were more often than not the only people at the pool. There are plenty of loungers (with optional umbrellas) and the shady terrace.
The location of the apartment is also great. It's in Đuraševići on the Luštica Peninsula, only a few minutes from the airport and Kotor (highly recommended). Đuraševići itself is very peaceful, but it is only 3 minutes drive (or a somewhat hilly walk to Radovići - which has 2 supermarkets and other facilities). On the peninsular (<10 minutes away) is also Plavi Horizonti - according to our guide book, one of the best beaches in Montenegro - and also other beaches and fishing villages.
It's easy to get all round the Kotor bay (we particularly liked Perast) and to Budva. We also went down to Stari Bar (recommended again) and drove inland past Lovcen National Park to Cetinje (amazing drive up into the mountains). The location was ideal for all of these.
It is apparently also a <2 hour drive to Dubrovnik, though Sandra told us that the queues at the border can be slow.
Finally, Sandra was the perfect host. She's brilliantly friendly and easy-going and helped to make our stay very relaxed. She also grows her own fruit and vegetables, which she encouraged us to pick and eat whenever we wanted (some really delicious tomatoes!).
Overall, I highly recommend this accomodation.
Small note: at the time of writing, the map shows the wrong location (the apartment is in Đuraševići not in Tivat). Sandra - are you able to correct this? It's also helpful when finding it to know that it's called "Villa Sandy".
