I just ended my trip to SA with a three day stay here. I wish i had got there sooner and been able to spend more time there. The country feel to the hotel instantly makes you feel welcome and at home. My room was massive and bigger than my flat in London. I had some of the best nights sleep in a long time.
The staff could not have been more helpful. Whether it be you needing something or offering you suggestions of what to do in the area. Plenty of activites for you do, just plan so can get them all done!
The food in Babel was stunning. Much of the produce comes from the farm itself, picked that day. I had the mussels paired with the chenin blanc- amazing combo. The waiters were attentive but not intrusive. Some of the best service you can get.
I loved walking through the grounds. Something different around everycorner. The sustainability of The estate has helped change the way i think about environmental issues and how i can do "my bit".
This was a star of a find. Missing out on going here means you are missing out on life!! I cant wait to book my next trip to SA and stay there for longer.
