I've been on many canoe and kayak trips, and always wondered about the camping... it did not disappoint! Our site had plenty of room for our 8 person tent plus a van. Everyone was really helpful in answering any questions we had, and we felt very welcome. Thanks Jess and Andy for running such a great place!

We have never had a bad experience here. We attended their Fall Fest for the 4th time and the owners put on an amazing party. They are so friendly and accessible and we appreciate the service we always receive.

Staff is very kind from the front office to the helpers when you arrive back at the post. The bus ride to the Refuge Bridge was a blast as the driver interacted with our group and prepared us for a great day on the water! The equipment we rented was in great shape and we had an amazing time on the river! Took us about 7 hours to complete the 13 mile paddle but there was plenty of shallow areas to stop and converse as a group.

We loved our camp site overlooking Pigeon River, Staff was exceptional ! Friendly and very helpful. Kayaking was so relaxing … slowly drifting and very little paddling needed. Pickup @ the end of trip went so smooth … a 5 min wait after calling. Truly a hidden gem. Thank-you !
