Very nice, well kept campground. Owners are organized and very nice. We rented a canoe and canoed the Pigeon River. Wow! What a workout. The water was low and the trees had fallen in all over due to past flooding. It was a workout getting around them and the river is very winding. Beautiful day though! I would stay again if in the area.

We went to the Trading Post to have some fun kayaking on the river. We took the 7 mile Curtis Creek trip and loved every moment. The staff were so nice, friendly and excellent to work with. The canoe and kayaks we had were in excellent shape. We went on a Sunday which was a slow day on the river which we enjoyed more. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a good time and a time to enjoy being outside.

Was a great time hosts were super friendly,informative, and respectful. We felt very well cared for. We are definitely going back. Only thing I could recommend is possibly do a little log removal on the river. However that made for a fun obstical course.
