This new restaurant just recently opened up in the 100 Center in Mishawaka. We had read good things about on Facebook and thought we'd give it a try. The food is definitely excellent; we were enticed by pictures of pan seared scallops so we took the opportunity to order them once we arrived. If it's possible, these scallops tasted even better than their photos looked. How often does that happen?
Our two entrees were A salmon and a Fire Grilled Bronzini (sea bass?), both with a fairly unique blend of spices and flavors. The size of the entrees was surprisingly large and the taste was unparalleled. The salmon seemed to literally melt away in my mouth as I ate it. Both these entrees were under 20 dollars. We were then treated to "desert shooters" which were three different deserts in individual shot glasses. One was a habanero chocolate mousse, one a dutch apple pie and the other something called the napoleon which seemed to be strawberries, cream and chocolate drizzle.
If youre in the area you owe it to yourself to pay this place a visit. They are open until 11:00 most weeknights which is unusual and terrific for those of you who cant handle eating so early. With warmer weather, we're told an outdoor, dog friendly patio area will be opened. Looking forward to becoming a regular customer.
