A great stop for any meal of the day! The bakery will get your juices going - fresh baked donuts and rolls plus daily fresh pies.

We had the buffet dinner. The family style dinner (often recommended) seemed to me like items of the buffet just served to the table. In other words same food, lesser choice. The restaurant is HUGE. Ample parking.
The adjacent shop is worth a visit, lots of local cooking ingredients sold. Overall, a good choice for dinner at a reasonable price if you are around.

My husband and I had the buffet at dinner. A nice selection of meats and sides. Delicious chicken noodle soup and a nice salad bar. Fresh rolls are served with the meal and on the table is apple butter and the yummy peanut butter spread - my favorite! After dinner we went to the bakery and got the biggest jelly filled donut either one of us have ever seen! We will definitely come back!

If you're looking for good, homestyle food, this is the place. We made the hour+ drive from Fort Wayne right after Thanksgiving and had dinner in the section where plate dinners are served. We both had the beef and noodles with mashed potatoes. With side dishes, rolls and really great pie, it was more than enough food and good service. They do offer a family style meal and are now offering buffet style as well. There is a bakery that sells rolls, pies, cakes, cookies and bread, and they have a cold case with some of the salad sides and salad dressings from the restaurant, Also available are Amish peanut butter, apple butter, jams and many, many gift items throughout the restaurant and in adjacent buildings. A very nice stop.

We ate here for lunch. The chicken pot pie was a large portion, very good crust, and filled with vegetables and chicken. Except for a little too much salt, it would have been outstanding . My wife had a sandwich which was very good.
