My wife and a friend were scheduled to jump at 5 PM on August 24th. They did not get on the plane until after 8. Then the flight had to be canceled because of darkness. They were told to be there the next day at 7AM the next day. They did not get on the plane until 9. The jump went well and they had a great time.
The problem began a few weeks later when they tried to get the videos they paid for. Numerous unanswered phone calls and emails later we went there to confront them. We were told it would be about 7 hours before he could help us. Prior to the arrival of the police he did produce 2 discs with "still" pictures and the "unedited" video. These would not download on several computers but we were eventually able to get the files to a format we could use. Still no "finished video" 10 weeks later.
There are numerous complaints filed with the BBB, all unresolved and with Groupon. The airport workers advise that they are hoping they will not be there next year.
