You get what you pay for here. The owners are remodeling the whole place, so it is getting better, but it's going to take awhile. The place has been run down to the ground, evidenced by the general condition of just about everything. However, it's a good place to sleep. Stay at the Holiday Inn if you want to party, stay here for the sleeping and no drama. Walls are thin of course, so bring a fan or ear plugs, but most folks are nice who stay here. Again, the owners really are trying to make it a nice place.
