We had an awesome rate through Hotwire ($85 including taxes) but when we checked in found out the hotel was sold out so our request for a king bed couldn't be accommodated - however - the double room was fine. The check-in was smooth and quick and the room was clean, although the bathroom floor had some mold in the grout that was visible while using the facilities. Not a huge amount, but enough to be seen. The pool and hot tub were clean and well stocked with towels. The workout center was large with more equipment than I have experienced in many other hotels this size - it was a pleasant surprise! The hallway to the room could use vacuuming and was the only part of the stay that seemed less than expected. The location was wonderful - walking distance from all the activities downtown Indianapolis!!

We stayed here for our 1 year anniversary. The city was jam-packed with visitors, so finding a room was tough. We found a good deal for the Westin. I called and asked if there was any way to upgrade to a better room, and how much would it be. The lady generously upgraded us for free since it was our anniversary. The executive club was amazing, and the breakfast at the club was unbelievably amazing! Our room was comfortable and quiet. My wife misplaced a shopping bag, and we couldn't find it. We called the front desk and Diana Yu worked feverishly to help us find it. Then we had an extra charge o our bill at check out from a misunderstanding, and Eric G at the front desk waived it for us at no cost. I have travelled extensively around the country, and I have never had better customer service anywhere! I highly recommend the Indy Westin!!

My friend and I arrived for the Colts game on Saturday evening after her husband had booked the room 2 months in advance through Expedia. We were told the hotel was overbooked but they were sending us to a hotel 2 miles away that was a three bedroom suite. We were sent to former Section 8 housing that was renovated!! The three bedroom suite turned out to be a three bedroom apartment with paper thin walls. We slept with a chair under the door lock. When we checked in the next night, we were comped beverages at Shula's, but that was all. We met a wonderful couple who made their reservation only the day before, got to the hotel and were given an upgraded room! Don't make a reservtion here even though it has a great location for the Colts games as you too could be sent to the other side of the tracks-literally!!

The location of the Westin in Downtown Indy was great! the Rooms were average. I got a very cheap rate of $100 a night so. It made the fact that the rooms and bathroom were just ok very justifiable! The bed was great and the shower head was huge! The bathroom was VERY small. We were upgraded to the Club level. The Gentleman at checkin was EXTREMELY helpful. The club level was a great Bonus. I am not sure how much it would have been to upgrade but it was nice to have unlimited water, pop, snacks, keurig coffee, juice, fruit, and warm breakfast and hot snacks in the eve! If we go to Indy again we will look into the Westin!

I had an Updated and very comfortable room. The staff was very friendly and had me checked in and out in no time. It had everything i needed for a business related visit -- very convenient to restaurants and in downtown. If i am back in Indy, i would stay at the westin again.

My BF and I stayed at the Westin and it met our expectations. We went "just to get a way" for a night and had a great time. Check-in and check-out was fine...no problems. The room was clean and we were happy with out stay. Yes, the bathroom is small...but this is an older hotel that was remodeled. They have a full size mirror just outside the bathroom...which alot of other hotels do not have. Again, the room was clean and the staff was courteous. I would definately stay here again! The staff was awesome...we didn't realize there was a marathon going on the next day and they helped us with a route out of the city.

We were married in Indianapolis on October 27 and spent the first night of our honeymoon at the Westin. When we arrived at the front desk to check in Anthony Richardson was so kind to us and when he realized it was our honeymoon he said he wanted to give us the best room possible. So, our room was on the 15th floor, had a spectacular view, jacuzzi tubcomfy king sized bed and was PERFECT. He certainly didn't have to do that for us and we really appreciated it! If we need to stay in Indy again, we will certainly choose the Westin. We would give it a ten! :)
