“Good value”

I enjoyed my business stay at this hotel. The hot breakfast was very nice and the manager's reception was well stocked! Bringing in your bags is annoying as the entrance does not have convenient elevators. Also, the parking garage and car entrance is tiny and difficult to maneuver when there are a lot of vehicles.

Stayed here with teenage daughters for an overnight labor day weekend. Best location in Indy, right downtown connected by Arts Garden skywalk to the shopping mall and theatre. This is a great little city with good places to eat and walk and people watch at the monument circle and the capitol. The staff at the hotel was very friendly & helpful, despite a full house including several weddings, bridesmaids parties, and lots of kids. The facility itself is worn. It smells a little like motel air freshener when you walk in. The hot breakfast is good, but it got to be a madhouse around 9am. The rooms are rough from wear... cracked sink, stained tub, wobbling toilet etc. The pricey parking lot ($22/night) was totally full. And I just don't get why hotels still charge for internet. But for the location, convenience and price for a small suite downtown, I would probably stay there again.

Average hotel. Diamond members recieve nothing extra. Not even acknowledged that you were a Diamond member. Breakfast was not kept very clean or stocked. Good location. Gone downhill since my last stay.

This was a nice clean hotel suite plenty of room for my weekend wedding I attended. There was a free breakfast and evening coctail hour (unfortunately i didnt have time to partake in these amenities). The only problems I found which may impact your stay are the lack of control of the heat and ac. Secondly you have to pay for use of internet and parking in their garage which with the cost of the room seems greedy to me to ask for additional money for these services other places provide for free. Other than that I enjoyed my short stay in a nice suite

The staff were friendly. The free breakfast included hot and cold food. The evening reception provided drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) along with snacks. The room was comfortable. The bathroom could use some work.

I like the Hotel but feel things are not as good as they used to be. The last time we stayed the hot tubs were very dirty and this time the breakfast choices had went down quite a bit. Have always enjoyed staying in the past but not as much the last two times. I feel the internet should be free also.

If you are looking for the lap of luxury.....this is not that hotel. I recently stayed for a week long business trip. In some aspects this hotel is great and others it is awful. Here is my quick synopsis:

PROS:
1) FREE breakfast (yes, I said free). There is a full-service breakfast with everything you could possibly want each morning. 2) Happy hour from 5:30 - 7:30pm nightly with free drinks and snacks. 3) Microwave, fridge, and coffee maker in room. 4) BRAND NEW gym equipment - very nice new equipment but not that many so get there early to get on a machine. 5) Helpful staff - especially the valet boys, since they are pulling more than just valet duties due to the awkward entrance to the hotel. 6) Close proximity to many restaurants. 7) SOFT beds :) need I say more? 8) Yummy smelling soaps and shampoos. 9) Fans in the room.

CONS
1) ENTRANCE/EXIT to the hotel - this has got to be the WORST entrance to a hotel EVER. If you self-park, you must try to get your luggage up to your room by taking it down an elevator, through a door (that opens the wrong direction and your luggage gets stuck), up two small flights of stairs (or a long ramp that is more trouble than it is worth, inside the turn style (once again trying to get luggage through a turning door), go up an escalator (that is barely wider than a person), which causes a major issue with trying to bring more than one bag up at a time. I had another guest offer to carry my second bag up the escalator for me or else I would have had to make two trips. 2) Self parking is a JOKE. I had a Chevy Traverse rental since there were four of us traveling. The entrance to the self-parking has a warning about a sharp turn. The entire parking structure is under construction and I could barely maneuver the car inside the deck. There is scaffolding, paint cans, caution tape and every thing else you can think of on a construction site. Each turn had a warning that read "sharp turn - swing wide"...SERIOUSLY? Also, my car was covered in construction dust and the rental agency was not happy about the car returning in that condition. 3) Navigating anywhere in the hotel required a minimum of 2 escalators....nothing is on the street level. 4) You cannot adjust your temps in your room - the fan is there but you have no control over the temperature. 5) Seriously outdated bathrooms. 6) Wi-Fi is $11.95 per day.

So now you know when I say it all depends on what you are looking for and what you value in a hotel.

Room Tip: Choose a high floor away from the main lobby floor that is open air to all floors.
