“Competent, Clean, Suburban Accommodation”

The Comfort Inn at Pyramids is located in a business park setting just a couple of blocks south of the I-465 interchange at Michigan Road. Indianapolis' city center is about twelve miles south of the motel. Although it is an average motel, its cleanliness and value make it worth a traveler's business.

Service was competent and welcoming. The room, standard in decor, had some nice features: a mini-fridge, microwave and flat-screen TV. The free wireless internet worked flawlessly. Room climate is controlled through an efficient wall unit. My only complaint with the room had to do with the water cycling in the mini-fridge. It was continuous, but I was eventually able to fall asleep. The beds were plush and comfortable.

Both the breakfast room and breakfast itself are definitely pros for the motel. Where many motels have breakfast rooms barely large enough for ten people, Comfort Inn had a large room with several tables/chairs in an atrium-like setting. The breakfast consisted of sausage, eggs and an assortment of yogurts, fruits, juices, coffee, etc. Good stuff.

I'll definitely stay at the Comfort Inn North at Pyramids if I return to the Indy area. With a rate of less than $60 plus tax per night and the 'comfort' and breakfast, I'd be a fool not to.

I stayed here for business but brought my nieces along. The hostess was incredibly polite and helpful upon check-in. I booked a room with 2 double beds. The room was very spacious and well updated. The place smelled clean the instant I walked in too! This is a huge plus! Breakfast was fantastic as well. There was a LaCross team staying in the building and there was PLENTY of food for breakfast. Good planning on the part of hotel. Most impressively, the evening host made sure my room was in the opposite wing of the LaCross team as she wanted to ensure I enjoyed a good night of rest. THANK YOU!

Room Tip: Book ahead and call with any specific requests at least a week ahead of time. They were so very acco...

My husband & I stayed a night here because it was close to Beef & Boards Dinner Theater. We got the king suite for under $100 so it was worth it. It's a basic hotel but it is clean. The bed was comfortable and we liked that we could control the temperature in the room. Even though it is winter it was warm and we were able to turn the air on to cool it down.

This place is very good overall. Brian at the front desk is fantastic!! He always said, "Hello" and "goodbye" to EVERYONE making you feel very welcome. We stayed for two weeks (broken up) while I was transitioning locations for my job.

The housekeeping staff is very nice as well. They do a good job of keeping the room clean. The morning breakfast is good if you get there early, otherwise all the good stuff is gone... QUICK! ;)

The only minus that makes me a little hesitant on the "Excellent" status was the internet. The internet is satellite internet and is really slow and sluggish 95% of the time. It is not fast at all.

Still, I would stay here again in a heartbeat and deal with the internet just from all the people being so nice!!!

Room Tip: There are two lay outs of suites.. I recommend asking for the suite with the french doors, the other...

Stayed here for the Superbowl, the hotel is a simple drive from the airport, approx 30 mins. It is a bashoy towel type, I'm sure reasonable in price when not Superbowl weekend, but $250 a night it definately wasnt worth. The breakfast is a bonus and was quiet good. The only thing is the plumbing is so loud that at 3am when next door decided to have a shower, it sounded like a aeroplane was trying to land in my room!

Room Tip: Easy location to get in & out of Indi

This was my second excellent stay at this hotel, maybe not the most enthused gentleman when I checked in but gave me the basic rundown of the property, breakfast, etc. Probbaly 20-30 minutes to downtown Indy in a north suburban location. My room was extra big and clean everwhere as I checked it once I got into the room. Easy to get around being right on the beltway that goes around Indianapolis. Slow elevator but what do you expect with a two story hotel. Located in a office park setting.
