If you like tapas, this is the place in Indy. They have a large assortment & our group tried about 7 or 8 different kinds. They were just the right size for everyone to try a bite. All of them were delicious! The chilled garlic potato salad was surprisingly like regular potato salad, just with more garlic & was a perfect side dish to all the meat dishes we ordered-the sausages, filet, tuna, beef kabob, serrano ham, & empanadas. We also had an order of the garlic bread that was very tasty.

I was hoping to try a caipirinha from the drink menu but they were out of simple syrup. It's easy to make so I think they could have tried a bit harder to make some up-we were there for 2 hours.

We had to try the Tres Leches cake too but the portion was huge so we took most of it home. It was very light with a lot of the milky filling & fresh whipped cream on top-luscious!

We went around 5 on a Sunday & the restaurant was not busy. The downtown parking was free & we found a spot right in front of the restaurant. Perfect! Look for the red & yellow building on the corner of the street. It's a very casual place & very relaxing. Soccer games are on the tv's & they have nightly specials. Great place for taking your time to enjoy the food & your dinner companions-they don't rush you.

Tapas - Meatballs, garlic shrimp, broccolini, roasted cauliflower - all decent but garlic was RAW in everything which was weird and made dishes less palliitable! Bad first impression - tall bald bearded "robust" manager came over and made us leave a bar table that was empty, telling us it was reserved. We went to the hostess to put our name in, waited 30 min, then seats opened at the bar proper. Those bar table seats were still empty (as were other tables) by the time we left. The menu was phenomenal for tapas, but the food was amateurish. Best part is that wine comes in giant glasses - Rioja by the glass was decent!

Went here with a large group, so was able to try a wide variety of tapas. Everything was delicious, especially the bacalao and the mussels. Service was terrific. I would definitely come here again.

Barcelona in Indy is one of our favorite places for a fun evening with friends. The atmosphere is casual and the variety of tapas is excellent. The specialty drinks are great; the Sangrias and cocktails are generally delicious and an excellent accompaniment to the food. The service is not always the best, but the food makes up for it, especially of you're not in a hurry.

I met friends for the Sunday Brunch Buffet. We all had a wonderful time. The Eggs Benedict was amazing. We spent hours catching up. The wait staff was very friendly and accomodating.
