We're local and stayed downtown to celebrate our anniversary with the Conrad's spa package. We were upgraded to a suite and were not disappointed. The room was impressive and large. If we had to be really picky we'd say that the furniture has seen better days and could be replaced. The view was great and we enjoyed the location being right in the middle of downtown's activities. The staff was VERY friendly and super helpful. The hot tub was awesome (until they kicked us out right at the posted 10pm closing time- HA!). I visited the spa on site and it was amazing. I highly recommend spending a few hours there as the prices are reasonable and the service amazing. The shower was top notch as were the bath products. We're suckers for small touches. The other little annoyance was the sound of the city which were quite a bit louder than even NYC hotels. We thought having a fan option on the thermostat would have been helpful with drowning out the noise a bit, but it wasn't a huge deal. We'll certainly stay at the Conrad indianapolis again!

My husband and I recently stayed at the Conrad Indianapolis while in Indianapolis to attend a seminar. This was our first time staying at the Conrad and from now on it will be our preferred hotel. First of all, the hotel is in a great location within easy walking distance of the conference center, mall and restaurants. The hotel is very elegant however it lacked the stuffiness that many hotels of this quality have. The customer service is top notch. Everyone from the valets, to the front desk clerks, to the room attendants were so friendly and helpful. Our room was lovely and well maintained and the bathroom was large with a separate shower and tub and plenty of fluffy towels, slippers and robes. We enjoyed an evening in the Wine Tasting restaurant and I had a enjoyed a spa morning at the Evan Todd Spa located right in the hotel. The pool and fitness center were very nice. The hotel is a little pricey and it would be nice if the wi-fi was included but all in all, it was a wonderful hotel and will be my first choice when visiting Indy in the future.

Another return visit for us

Smooth checkin (i believe they have the best front line/front desk I have ever seen), friendly, accurate, fast

On to the room.. I walk in my suite and in the bedroom there is a pile of dirty sheets! The rest of the room was spotless. I called and they asked if I wanted to change or have someone just pick up the sheets?

Also when i checked in they asked what paper I wanted. I replied that local indianapolis paper would be fine. I did mot get a paper on either morning. The little things were always perfect here, but not this trip.

The television in the bedroom needs to be changed. The screen was horrible

Concierge was great, bellman were great, and the front desk could teach other hotels that first impressions matter a lot among other things

A little pricey-but overall a greaet hotel. The view is nice, the location was perfect and the staff was friendly. Weekend price is high but it was worth it overall. I mostly frequent IHG properties but the nearby one was sold out. I was not disappointed with the Conrad Indianapolis

We just went to the FFA convention in Indianapolis and we needed to be close to the convention center, good food and to the Bankers Life FieldHouse the old Conseco Field House. This hotel was within walking distance to all in fact it is connected to the convention center by a covered walkway. We really could not have chosen a better location to enjoy Indianapolis. We walked to the zoo and American Indian museum. This place really bustles at night and we had a blast. We walked out the front door of the hotel to everything and felt very comfortable and safe.
The professional photos of this hotel are right on.... what you see is what you get no photo shopping. Flat screen TVs, nice soaking tub with separate shower, TV in the bathroom, soft plush robes stocked mini bar and excellent room service and costumer service. We had a little trouble renting a movie the reception was a little off and the movie kept stopping and starting. We told the front desk they sent someone to reboot the TV and took the movie off the bill.
We are Hilton Honors members and were told that internet and valet were complementary. We were charged 35.00 a night for valet and 13.95 for internet. After further investigation only gold and platinum members get the free stuff. In all honesty I really believe when you are spending this much a night for a room wi fi and internet should be free. 13.95 a night is just ridiculous. So other than that no real complaints.

This hotel is also attached to the Capital Grill, try the pineapple infused vodka and the lobster benedict OMG. This is also right around the corner from the Famous St. Elmo's... we had dinner there and it was very good. I really dont thing you can go wrong choosing this location we completely enjoyed our 4 day stay.

This was a wonderful experience. Everything from the service, to rooms, to food, was great at the Conrad. Wonderful location and they even had complimentary bikes which we used to explore the city. The spa and gym were also wonderful. We would definitely go back here again!

Great Hotel... This is an older hotel which is very well maintained, in fact much better than many of the older hotels that I've stayed at in chicago. The hotel is within walking distance to many great restaurants & shopping. Staff was great....
