During the great snow storm in Indianapolis, I went to the TGI Fridays on W 38th St. @ I-465. Parking lot was still a mess and needed re-plowed since it had 6 inches of slush down.
Now for the Review... They had handicapped parking on the side of the building and the only ramp was around the front. Doesn't make it very easy in bad weather to move someone in a wheelchair into the establishment.
I was met by 2 smiling young people (probably 20 y/o if that) and was seated right away. Waitress came over and tried to push a bunch of alcoholic drinks on me. She got upset when I told her I didn't drink and only ordered a Sprite.
Ordered a rack of ribs that on the menu it states "Fall Off The Bone"... Well they were very dry, hard to cut and very little meat. It's pretty bad when it takes 10 minutes to knock off a total slab and sides. Next table over had 3 guests and with what they ordered took 4 servers to carry 1 plate a person. That kinda struck me as odd.
Well this location needs some help with how the staff interacts with it's customers when ordering and need to follow through with what the menu states.
