Took the family here for lunch and was very surprised and happy about the $1.99 kids meals. They essentially got the same meal you get at most restaurants for $5.99. Not to mention that my rueben sandwhich was excellent and you can't hardly beat the sweet tea! Great stop and will be back for more. Excellent recommendation by the lady checking us out to grab a refill on the sweet tea before leaving.

If you are tired of typical american fat burguers and want a healthy food, go to Mc Alister's and you will be able to taste something lighter. There are soups and sandwiches in ciabatta, whole bread with a lot of choices such as turkey breast, ham, cheese, meat etc.
Very good!

We went to McAlister's Deli today in North Indianapolis and were treated to a couple of great sandwiches, a wonderful Italian Chopped Salad and a side of Coleslaw. Washed it all down with a pair of tasty generous iced teas.

My wife had the Horseradish Roast Beef & Cheddar sandwich which is Black Angus roast beef with sharp cheddar, caramelized onions and horseradish sauce on ciabatta bread. My sandwich was a wonderful Half New Orleans Muffuletta which is made with Gambino's (Bakery in New Orleans) authentic Muffuletta bread with olive oil, Black Forest Ham, Salami, Provolone and Gambino's olive salad which I use at home on BBQ pork and can be found at most grocery stores.

Wonderful food in a nice atmosphere including outside patio and very friendly helpful staff provide for a winning culinary experience. Now I just have to wait until they build one in Oregon where I live. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed great grilled chicken salads and of course, McAlister's famous iced tea. The order-person made my half sweet/half unsweet tea just right.

Fresh food, clean restaurant, reasonable prices and Iced Tea that even someone who is crazy about iced tea will love...that's McAlister's Deli in Indianapolis. If you haven't tried this place, now is the time to do so.
