I signed up for this as a treat for my 16 year old and 10 year old kids. I'm a bit shaky at age 49 compared to them. Yet... I found it was a blast. We had serious rock climbing type cables holding us in place. The kids moved through it like mountain goats with no fear. I fell a little behind - and moved more gingerly - yet had a blast - and was smiling throughout. The guides give you thorough instructions at the first of 5 stations. The 5 stations have about 40 different challenges. After the first station, you do self-guided - with people around in case you get confused. After the thorough instruction at the first station; it is easy to follow going forward. The view is great throughout. Each station ends in a long zipline that takes you through the trees to a soft landing.
I'd recommend garden gloves for those with softer hands - I was fine; but my hands were red at the end. Besides Go Ape, Eagle Creek Park is huge with hiking trails, museums, boating, etc... We spent the whole day here - in November!
