Didn't have trash cans in rooms. Drains gurgled when other guess used their sinks or tubs. Ground around the place were filled with trash and on our way out there was a needle laying on the ground. Internet didn't even reach our room.

I wouldn't stay any place else when I visit Indianapolis. Location is close to friends. I was very happy to see the renovations taking place. Rooms will really be nice when they are totally finished. Good start so far, it won't be long and boxes of new items will be in place. I'm looking forward to my next visit to see the finished project.

Had to schedule a last minute trip to the Indy area for a child's activity--hotel was just a place to sleep so didn't have need for much else...and that's a good thing because this hotel was in pretty rough shape. They are undergoing renovations so some leeway there but room pretty shoddy and particularly the bath, which didn't even have towel racks. TV was ancient and continental breakfast was not worth hanging around for.
I want to thank you for the review and apologize for any inconvenience that the renovations may have caused you. I would like to speak with you personally to find out more about your stay. And I hope that if ever in Indianapolis again you would give us another try after our transformation is complete!

Had 3 single night stays as my business trip leaked into the weekend. Had an overall quiet stay. Breakfast was fresh and hot. Rooms were great and freshly renovated. Once you got past the hallways. Sure it will be Super once it's all done!

Not a bad place for the price. I would say typical super 8 hotel. You could tell they are in the process of remodeling, there are toilets and bathroom fixtures all over the place. When asked how our room was they seemed suprised when i said i hope its not finished. There was paint splatter all over the trim and carpets. The bathroom sink wasn't working, and only half assembled. They said they were putting millions into it. I think it will be very nice when finished. Breakfast was nothing fancy, mini doughnuts, cereal, frozen waffles, and juices. It was clean and the new beds were very comfortable.
I would just like to start by saying we are very sorry for any inconvenience that our renovations may have had on your stay. It is always our goal to make sure our guests are pleased. I would really like it if you could contact me at your earliest convenience to discuss the issues. And I would really hope that you give us a try after the transformation if ever in Indianapolis again!
