If a person cannot adjust the thermostat (regardless of price) then the stay cannot be comfortable. I would suggest thermostats for each room. This is not the cheapest hotel for this price and I do expect to be able to adjust the temperature.

room cold/heat controls worked, but air was still to hot, sleeping was not good. One other thing was the kitchen closed down at 9:40 pm on wed (26sept12), i was told 10pm when i checked in, i walked into eating and bar area and waitress said "Kitchen Closed".

The room was lovely, the employees were great, and the TV worked. What didn't work was the AC. Not a bit.......nada. I was on the 4th floor with windows that wouldn't open and a room temp around 75-78 deg. It was a rough night.

I can't believe this place had 3 stars. I gave it one star, and that's only because I couldn't rate it with no stars. Where do I start? The complimentary "hot breakfast" is only hot if you use the toaster or microwave. One cereal selection was totally empty and another was stale. The remaining two resembled the dry food I feed my dog. Other than that you only get sliced bread or some pastries. No eggs, no meat, no potatoes. Let's move to the room: the tub was totally blocked. When I turned on the water, mud or rust or something brown came out. I bought bottled water to brush my teeth and I did not dare use their ice machine. When you ask an employee for something, they shrug their shoulders and don't answer; and when they do promise to do something, they forget. One was wandering the halls and cursing as he vacuumed the floors. Most TV channels had lots of static; it reminded me of the good old days when you needed to move around the antenna and maybe add some aluminum foil to get a clear channel. Internet is sloooooooow and I only used it for email and to give it a rating.

Booked room with priceline.com and it stated that I booked a king size bed. Bed was queen size. Second booked the room and it stated it had cable.. What hotel in the great U.S.A doesn't have espn in their rooms??? Okay to the major points of the stay... Room 305 is placed right above the Damons restaurant entrance. Which allows you to hear everyone going in and out of the restaurant. It also allows you to hear everyones conversation at 1:30 am when they are outside smoking or doing whatever. Room 305 is also right above where everyone parks their motorcycle... So you can hear them leave at 2:30 am...

For an older hotel, this Ramada was very nice. Our room was super spacious and clean! The beds were very comfortable and the noise was much less than expected for being so close to the freeway! Only drawback was the cook didn't show up for breakfast our first morning there and we had a deadline for when we needed to leave. Thankfully, McDonald's was just around the corner so, other than the cost and a little inconvenience all was good!
