Let me start by saying this is one of my family's favorite restaurants. My only beef with them tonight at all was the 25 minute wait despite having a reservation. I get the sense this is happening more regularly as they brought around multiple rounds of their delicious flatbread, and samples of wine.
Once seated, everything reverted back to usual Seasons 52. Their food is really great - they had a special grilled sockeye salmon that was excellent. The filet mignon was great, as were the scallops. I have never had a bad salad or appetizer here, and tonight was no exception. Lastly, those desserts are perfect because they are so rich that their small size makes sure you aren't completely miserably full or terribly guilt-ridden once you are done.
The service is top-shelf, and the atmosphere is casually elegant. Again, except for the initial wait, a job well done!
