This was our third visit with this one earlier tonight celebrating our wedding anniversary. Our bill (including tip) came to around $100 without wine or cocktails. That in itself is OK but the atmosphere simply is not comparable to a pricy menu. To be fair, they do offer lower priced dishes and the place is casual but the room in the back just doesn't excite. Feels like any other average place. Our food and the service was very good which is why we came back. My wife and I shared a dessert truffle plate and it was very, very good.

Thank shduning

I enjoyed Cooper's Hawk, but my wife didn't, feeling that it was too noisy. Also the shrimp dish she had was not to her satisfaction. I had the short ribs and they were flavorful and filling.

Our group of 10 friends dined there last night. I was surprised by the broad selection of the menu. Whatever you like - from steaks to salads to vegetarian to seafood - it's all there plus great apps.
Our excellent server - Terry - described all the meals beautifully and was ever present without hovering. We never felt rushed. Food was totally outstanding... everybody was raving about the surf and turf (drunken mexican shrimp and filet medallions that really were fork cut tender, as described by our server). My wife had the pomodoro gnochi - which was very fresh... the gnochi was riccotta based, instead of potato. It was delicious! Their proprietary illinois produced wines were SO SO, although the people who had the white sangria seemed to enjoy it. I wasn't a big fan of my "Lux Cabernet" - if you like a good red... order something else. The setting was very nice and the staff friendly and accomodating. The nicest surprise was that we received separate checks by the person / couple without having to ask for them and without having an irritating pre-set gratuity on our bill. GREAT JOB. WILL RETURN. Happy to hear that they are expanding into Columbus, Ohio soon.

Beautiful evening. Sat outside with friends, had drinks and dinner. With so many items on the menu to choose from, finally decided on the tenderloin medallions. It was excellent. Service was great. Will definitely eat here again.
