“A fun afternoon”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 12, 2013 via mobile

Rythm is an interesting hands on museum of percussion instruments. We took our 4 year old,and she had a blast playing on the dozens of different percussion instruments. There were lots of different historical displays which were veryinteresting, but the real fun of Rythm is all the instruments that they allow you to play. Also, it is located downtown next to the mall and restaurants etc, so next timewe will plan a whole day in the area. Try it out!

“We "discovered" the Rhythm Discovery Center”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 23, 2013

We had never heard of this gym just 40 mi. from us until it came up on a Groupon special. Our family (5 went) spent about 3 hrs. looking/reading/& playing all kinds of rhythm instruments from all over the world; tiny sticks to an impressive marimba collection to an 8' diameter gong that you could "feel". All of us enjoyed this visit.

“FUN AFTERNOON”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 16, 2013

Since I am a percussionist I enjoyed seeing the history of drums and sound. This is also a great place for children to learn and there are many enter active stations and an area where they can play different drums and experience being a drummer. Many types of drums to view and on Saturday mornings they have a drum circle for everyone. You will see how drums are used in different cultures and their beginnings on up to modern age.

“An Interactive and noisy adventure for 3 little boys is just what we needed!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 22, 2012 via mobile

We visited on a Friday morning and we had the place to ourselves. My 2 year old had a blast hitting the bongo drums while my 5 year old thought he was a rock star on the full drum set. We will return when my nephews are in town. Such a great learning environment for all ages.
