We attended the Big 10 Championship football game the 1st weekend in December 2013. Our stay was Friday and Saturday night. Since this room had two queen beds and a sleep sofa, it fit our needs. Yes it was pricey, but you have to look at what was going on that weekend and the price of the other hotels as well. The breakfast was good and well stocked, workers were very friendly and helpful. Also, it was very cold that weekend. Once we arrived Friday afternoon, we never had to go outside. It was connected by skywalks to Lucas Oil, the Convention Center and the downtown mall.

This hotel was impressive. First let me say that it was very clean, and every member of the staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The room was bigger than expected, with a nice sectional sofa and desk area. Each room has a mini fridge and microwave, which is always nice. Complimentary breakfast was much more than expected, including scrambled eggs, waffles, fresh fruit, bagel and cereals. Room service was TGIFridays - and the prices were the same as in the restaurant. I was floored! The location was excellent, as we were within walking distance of most of the restaurants and attractions we wanted to see. The only negative comment I could possibly have is that the sliding doors on both the toilet room and separate shower/sink room offered little privacy and did not have locks. On a scale of 1-10, I give it a 9. I would especially like to thank hotel employee Wesley Nix for his helpfulness and exemplary customer service.

Room Tip: Ask for a higher floor so that you have a nice view of downtown Indy.

As the mother of two little ones, hotel stays usually create an enormous amount of anxiety for me. I usually end up running around, trying to sanitize everything before they roll around on the floor or put the tv remote in their mouth. But this hotel was absolutely spotless! It appears to be a newer hotel, so the decor was really nice. Also, although most hotels are now smoke free, you can still usually pick up the smokey smell...not the case here! The staff was very friendly, especially Esther, who went out of her way to provide directions for us. Great location, easy to get to. Nice breakfast in the morning. The pool is a bit on the smaller side, but kids didn't seem to mind. Overall, a great stay! Will be visiting the zoo in the summer, and will definitely stay here again! Top notch!!!!

We stayed here for our kids' athletic event - booked through a third party site. There was some sort of mix-up in the hand off from them to the hotel - I never received the full story nor any help from the hotel (was disappointing - as another team member in a similar situation received better service from the hotel). It was eventually resolved and the stay was fine, although shortened by weather. The rooms are nice but the one thing I wish was different was that there was some type of fan in the bathroom. There's no privacy when you are using the toilet - a thin door where everyone can hear what you are doing. The location is great - we essentially stayed inside to walk to the mall to get to our dinner destination. Overall - it was a great price for the location and amenities.

I am sorry to hear there were some issues with the handover of your reservation with the third party vendor and the hotel. I am happy to hear you enjoyed your stay and the use of the skywalk to enjoy the downtown Indianapolis area. We hope to see you for the next swim meet and hope the weather will be better for your visit. Thank you for your feedback.

Very good value ...The staff were very friendly....the place was clean and the room was extra nice. One very special surprise was paper plates/utensils in the microwave.....which allowed us to eat our leftover meals.
Location was terrific, able to get anyway downtown inside the tubes.
Perfect trip.
