This hotel had a good location. Room was clean but definitely dated. It was very humid in the room as well even when the air was keeping the room very cold. Bathroom is extremely small. Breakfast was good but would have liked to have had some bacon or sausage available. All staff were very friendly and helpful.

Our room had painted over water damage and no clean towels. It seemed clean otherwise. The bathroom was very small. I could barely fit between the toilet and the door as I closed it. There was a decent breakfast buffet including a waffle maker, one of our favorites.

Whenever we come to Indianapolis, at least once or twice a year, we have stayed at this hotel. The location is perfect and the price is right. We never had a problem until a three day trip this last weekend.
After the first night, the housekeeper came to our room, took all the towels and left. No fresh towels, did not make up the bed, etc. Our room was down two hallways from the front desk, so we had to take a long walk late in the day to get towels.
After the second night, our room was cleaned, but the toilet paper was almost out and there was no backstock of a new roll. Another long trip to the front desk late in the evening to get toilet paper.
We extended our stay by one night at the front desk, but the desk attendant did not extend the stay on the room keys, so we found ourselves trudging the long hallways from our room to the front desk one more time late in the evening to get the keys changed because we could not get in the room. When we told the desk attendant the problem, he asked for our room number, nothing else. No request for a name or ID. Anyone could have picked up a card and got it extended. The lack of security was alarming.
The breakfast the first morning would have been fine, but the dining room was crowded and the hot food pans were mostly empty and cold. We waiting 10-15 minutes for them to be restocked and finally gave up and left. We did not go back to the breakfast area again the other two mornings.

This hotel is going through some remodeling: paint, carpet, etc. That made my stay even better, our room was updated! The rooms are fairly spacious and clean. The location is spot on for everything you would want to do in the Castleton/Keystone area without paying a high price. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a short stay. The outside pool area looks inviting. While I did not eat the free breakfast, the breakfast and reception area are completely nice enough.

VEry well priced hotel, rooms are nice and clean, but this hotel is under renovation.
If dust bothers you, might want to wait. Great location with lots of choices for places to eat, and a Fresh Thyme Food Store just around the corner.
