Don't miss this museum if you go to the IN fairgrounds. Old displays, a soda shoppe and candy---adults and kids will love it.

Went to my prom with John Hook, never used any other drugstore either, until it was sold. Will never call a drugstore anything but "Hook's."
It was a major part of my whole life. Thanks for saving the soda fountain!

We stop in every year during the Indiana State Fair to have a soda from the authentic old-time soda fountain and shop for the kind of old-time candy you can't even find at Cracker Barrel. During the fair, it's a nice respite from the crowds. We grab our drinks and head for the room in the far back corner, with its endearingly mismatched tables and chairs.

A fun Museum to go back to the days when everyone moved a little slower and technology was just the ringing of the bell on the door! Penny candy isn't just a penny anymore, but its a great place to reminisce about the good old days.

I grew up going to Hook's Drugs so this brought back fond memories for me. Fun to see the old soda fountain and all the old pharmacy equipment. If you like history this is a good place to hear the staff tell you about the old time pharmacy that was a major part of Indiana history.
