“Get Lost in Art”
Reviewed September 13, 2012

There is always something new to see and a chance to revisit some of your favorite pieces of art. Parking is plentiful, grounds are beutiful, coffee shop is a great place to spend a rainy Saturday afternoon. If it wasn't such a drive from my home I would be there often.

“Plenty of time”
Reviewed September 11, 2012

We went to the Indianapolis Museum of Art on a Sunday, when they are open 12-5. And even that wasn't enough time to see it all. We started off walking the grounds and toured the Lilly House and greenhouse first. Both were very impressive and a nice surprise. Upon entering the Museum, we decided to eat lunch at the Nourish Cafe. At first I thought it was a little pricey, but my mind was changed once we received our food. It was very good and a good amount. The museum is 4 floors and is self guided. All they ask is for your zip code and there is a donation box as well. The museum contains works from many famous artists (Van Gogh, Monet, Rembrandt, Renoir) and is massive. Didn't particularly care for the modern "art", but that's just one man's opinion. Great and cheap way to spend a day in Indianapolis.

“Check out 100 acre park”
Reviewed August 24, 2012

This park is great, especially to be in an urban area. Really felt like we "got away". Very enjoyable.
