Btw. Long time since last time because I live > 600km away. Otherwise I definitely would be a more regular guest.
I arrived at lunch time and started with a very tasty green salad, then got these wonderful pasta with truffles and egg and not to forget the fried fried zucchini flowers,....simplicity at its perfection.
Next days dinner I started with tartar and the main course with slow cooked and very tasty and soft pork rips, potatos and sliced egg plant aside,....yummy
Just also want to mention the wonderful Naviante Nebbiolo which went perfect with the dinner and is more or less grown and produced around the corner. A real tipp.
