The usual (menu) food and dinning experience for a Denny's but you know what you are getting. Made a late night stop on a Sunday as traveling home from relatives. My spouse loves the pancake variety with the breakfast selections. Friendly staff.

We needed to buy a gift card for a family member, so we decided to go ahead and drive down to Denny's, eat, and then get the card when we paid for our meal. Sadly, we went to the Denny's about half a mile north of this Denny's. We won't make that mistake again.

THIS Denny's has good food and service, is clean, with courteous and friendly personnel. We've had good food at this one in the past and should have driven the extra half mile.

The OTHER Denny's, the one at Flying J, is in the same building as the gas station, in the section that used to be the buffet/restaurant. After giving the waitress (she was friendly, at least) our order, we waited over 35 minutes for our meal--a double cheeseburger and fries (skimpy on the fries by the way), a big bowl of nachos, and a bowl of broccoli cheddar soup. These meals do not require a lot of time to prepare, but the waitress told us that they were working with only one cook that evening. I was to receive dinner bread with the soup and had to ask the waitress for my bread....after she came back in from a smoke break. She promptly brought it. It was burned.
When we checked out, we asked the new, apparently, cashier if we could purchase a gift card. She had not, it seems, been advised as to the whereabouts of these or how to ring them up. She went to the back and got someone else who was rather snitty with us; it took three of them to process the gift card, and we got the card and the receipt for it, but not the standard little "envelope" that I have always received when purchasing Denny's gift cards at the restaurants in the past.

In short, go the THIS silver diner Denny's where the food is delivered promptly, has not been served to us burned, and the personnel are quite friendly.

Just off the interstate. Old diner-style building. The food was excellent and the waiter was very helpful.

Eat here on weekend morning. Always get what you pay for with a nice waitress.
