I had two rooms and for the high cost they should been in top quality.
Room not properly or thoroughly cleaned. We had to use sanitized wipes through out both rooms. Always check all items that needs to be touched. The hostess on duty needs in our opinion needs training in customer sincere service. My concern was the rooms request I made which was noted. I do understand all guest don't checkout but I'm sure the request could have been honored.When I asked for corporate email she gives me card where she wrote the 1-800 number .
