Figured I'd put a more realistic review in here rather than "I'd rather go to Ritters.". Tripadvisor should screen some of these reviews.
Anyway this Coldstone has been here for a while, and quite frankly if you've been to one you've been to them all. The only thing distinguishing one from the next is service and cleanliness and maybe freshness of the addons.
As far as this one goes, my family has learned to not go here at peak times during the evening and weekend. It seems to be run by teenage girls during those times with little to no supervision and the shop usually shows it, with dirty tables, messy cold stones and fairly poor service....unless you happen to know someone behind the counter. Service was so bad once I complained on their website (something I never do) and got the usual form letter and a gift card. Next time we went it had improved, but only because there was an adult present.
The ice cream is spectacular, and you pay for it, so I'd suggest if you go you get the largest amount you can handle because the amount per cost goes up as you get larger containers.
One other nice thing is the location, it's close enough to Greenwood Park Mall that it's convenient but off the beaten path enough that traffic usually isn't too rough. Parking is awkward as its in an oddly shaped mall but it works.
