First stay at a b & b, & I can't imagine any other place would be as nice! We drove four hours to Goshen for a concert at the college. Ros & Phil are very welcoming and gave good tips regarding things to do/see in the area. Very tasty breakfasts at the Spring View both days, excellent location to downtown Goshen & surrounding cities/Amish areas, & the home was super clean. We would certainly stay at the Spring View again, & recommend it to anyone.

Thanks for the hospitality, Kristen & Geof

Room Tip: We usually select king size beds, but the queen size in the Blue Room was perfect. Very comfortable...

This is a delightful place to stay. The hospitality is great, the facility is beautiful, the lake makes a beautiful view and has good fishing. The breakfasts are absolutely outstanding. We had stayed here 8 years ago, and went for a revisit. We are never disappointed. Roz, Phil, and Tami are wonderful hosts! I highly recommend this B&B!

Phil and Roz built a custom farm house and B&B building a few years ago. Being located in Amish country, the construction was solid. Further, the tall casement windows were tastefully trimmed with clean, clear oak wood, as well as baseboards and doorways. Say, this was our kind of living! The Green Room overlooked the pond with a fountain. We left the windows open both nights and just listened to the country sounds - so relaxing that we don't remember falling asleep! Breakfast is served family style with other guests. Making new friends and talking with other travelers is one of our favorite activities, both normal and customary events at Spring View. We watched the Muscovy duck family from the glassed-in sun room. Great place - we'll return.

Room Tip: Best rooms face the pond. The room opposite the kitchen may receive some road noise, but remember...

We have enjoyed spending a night here and there at Springview simply because it's close to home and yet we love the away time, having a special needs daughter we feel like we might be needed at any time, so it's nice to be away and be pampered, yet be close to home.
Springview is not only beautiful but also clean, The best mattresses in the world! Breakfast is always deliscious!

We stayed for one night in the Burgandy Room for our 20th wedding anniversary. Roz greeted us when we pulled up and gave us a tour of the room, explaining how everything worked including the steam shower jacuzzi tub. Snacks and cold drinks were plentiful in our refrigerator, along with plush bathrobes and a heater in case the weather got too cool. In the common area, there were plenty of magazines, snacks, candy, hot drinks, and a nice selection of DVDs for us to use. We met other guests who were relaxing in one of the four-season rooms with Phil. Roz asked if we had any allergies for breakfast in the morning and if we were coffee drinkers. Lots of seating was available to look out onto the fields or to enjoy the view of the spring-fed pond. Roz also gave us perfect directions to get to the Goshen cinema so that we could catch a movie.

We had a great sleep in a very comfortable bed and awoke to delicious smells from the kitchen. After introductions to meet the 11 other guests and a nice prayer led by Phil, we sat down at the breakfast table in the room overlooking the pond and enjoyed a delicious meal. Coffee, tea, juice, hot chocolate were available along with delicious cream-cheese stuffed french toast (and I don't even like French toast usually!), ham, a yummy coffee cake, and fresh melon. Everything was delicious and plentiful. We had great conversation with Phil, Roz, their daughter Tammy, and the other guests. After breakfast, Roz gave directions to guests leaving for nearby destinations, and we took a spin on the paddle-boat pontoon on the pond and looked at the waterfalls and fountains around the house where we stayed. Roz hugged me after we checked out and invited us back again.

I cannot recommend the Spring View B&B too highly. Everything about our visit was perfect and absolutely enjoyable. We plan to return as soon as possible to the Goshen area and will stay here for sure!
