Indiana is justifiably proud of our tenderloins and this is the absolute pinnacle of the art of tenderloin. Perfect breading covering a beautiful, tender, and relatively thick piece of pork. If you enjoy 'authenticity, you have the joy of eating on a folding table in the store room of a gas station (which has very little signage that indicates the culinary treasure within). We've been going there for many years, except for that dark period when it was closed a few years back - a terrible time for many of us. Make the effort to find the GnawMart.
