We ate at Sinclair's in West Baden while staying at the French Lick Hotel last week. It is very beautiful inside, and you feel like you're stepping back in time to a beautiful room with gorgeous decor. The service is excellent, and the wine list impressive. They also have french press coffee which my husband and I really appreciated, as that's hard to find in restaurants! It is expensive, and the meals are a la carte, but it's on par with what you'd pay at a nice steakhouse in Chicago. For example, the steaks are around $50, but you could get fish or pasta for more like $20 - $30, and they have excellent appetizers and I had a delicous lobster bisque soup. After dinner, be sure to walk around in the gardens in front of the hotel, they're so beautiful. Overall, a great, unique dining experience but don't go here if you're not prepared to spend at least $100 overall for the food and alcohol.
