The frickles (fried pickles) were good. Not too much breading and not too much pickle. The fried mushrooms were OUTSTANDING. The pulled pork was good, but nothing special. The tenderloin was obviously not freshly breaded...but of a frozen variety. It was ok, but not somewhere that is a must visit. The waitress was extremely friendly!

I was here on 4/7/13 a Sunday morning for breakfast with a bunch of fishing buddies after a weekend of fishing and a couple of cups of adult Kool Aid.
The menu has all of the classic breakfast selections. The prices are very reasonable also.
Coffee cup never got more than half empty. I choose the Rowboat special two eggs, half order biscuits & gravy, hash browns, two sausage patties and toast. It arrived quickly, and was very tasty. The next time I am in French Lick, I will definitely stop at the Rowboat again.,

We were there at 11 AM and they gave us our menu then came back for your order witch as it was 11 we wanted breakfast. Then we were told "Oh sorry but we are out of breakfast" no B&G no bacon or sausage or potatoes. Wish we were told that sooner. Asked for a veggie omelet she left to check and never came back so we left.

My father in law lives at Patoka Lake and recommended we stop here for breakfast. I had the biscuits and gravy with bacon, hashbrowns, and eggs. Very tasty with that home cooked feel. The price was decent. About $7 for the plater and worth it. The staff was friendly. It has a small dinet feel but they also have a large room off to the side that I guess they use for parties. We went on a Sunday morning and it was just a nice place to relax and grab a good bite
