Only opened for a week but making a name for themselves already. The only reservation we could get was for 5pm which was fine by us. There were four of us. We started with French Onion soup (3) and one Bibb Wedge Salad. We then ordered Filets (2) and Rib Eyes (2) The gals asked that the Filets come with no 'rub' and one Rib Eye was ordered without the Blue Cheese spread. (I didn't order my naked and wished I had of, I thought the Blue Cheese was a bit much) The steaks themselves were tasty, maybe a bit over done but tasty.
They have a nice Bar area, looks very comfortable. The restaurant has a few booths but most of the dining area is made of tables and chairs. The interior is all new and very nice.
All in all Hideout 125 will probably become one of regular hang outs, (if we can get in). The owner made several appearances at our table as well as the manager. Staff couldn't have been more friendly and acted like they were genuinely happy to be working their.
Good Luck Hideout 125.
