Owner description: Fort Wayne's new Visitors Center is open at 927 S. Harrison Street, at the corner of Washington and Harrison Streets, downtown. The Visitors Center serves as a "front door" for our community, welcoming guests and offering visitor guides, maps, directions, event listings, and more. Our new space also features improved visitor services including digital signage and touch screen kiosks, additional souvenirs and merchandise, seating areas and more.In addition, the Visitors Center is the newest retail location for two local favorites - DeBrand and Vera Bradley.

I should have written this review sooner as my visit occured last year. Our Lodge was in need of help as we were putting on a bowling tournament with players coming in from around the state. We requested help from the Fort Wayne Visitors Center. They were awesome! They provided bags with a ton of handouts with information on what the great City of Fort Wayne had to offer to our guests. Our thanks to everyone that works there.
