My wife and I stayed here for one night in the middle of a busy stretch for us and it was wonderful. A great value and a nice room. A little drafty, but the fireplace made it warm. The breakfast was amazing and the hosts were great. We would totally recommend it.

For the price, we felt this was just an average B&B. The linens were the same as you would get in an average hotel - nothing plush or soft. The beds were okay but standard - nothing down or luxurious. The bathtub was not one I would look forward to soaking in. The ammenities were standard - nothing to make you feel pampered and special. I will say the breakfasts were wonderful and the hosts were friendly, which is something you may not find in a hotel. The decor was charming and cozy, but somewhat outdated. Location was convenient, but it sits on a busy road and the traffic is easily heard. The Inn also backs up to an apartment complex. Overall, this B&B probably offers a nice change if you're tired of the lack of intimacy and character at a hotel, but it would not be somewhere I would recommend to those looking for a special weekend or to be pampered. For the price, I would have expected more.

My wife and I stayed at the Frederick-Talbott Inn for our anniversary. The proprietors, the Cohees, do a very nice job of operating the bed and breakfast. The rooms are quite roomy for a bed and breakfast; each is nicely furnished.

The Inn is located across the road from Conner Prairie. The Inn is in a convenient location for meandering about Hamilton County.

My family of 5 enjoyed our 3 night stay here. First, each rooom had its own large, private bathroom! The rooms were quiet with thick walls, so you had privacy there, too.
The breakfasts were great. Weekends had a full hot breakfast, and weekdays had a continental, but there was always a hot fresh item like biscuits or muffins offered.
The inkeepers were always available and very accommodating with anything we needed, even providing what I consider extras like coffee, cookies and lemonade in the afternoons.
The location was convenient to interstates, shopping malls, groceries, movies, etc. Right across the street is the Connor Prairie, a large living history museum with a great gift shop.
We had previously stayed at the Hampton Inn in Fishers ,which was great, but this B&B was considerably less expensive and had much more charm and ambience. I would stay here again.

I found this wonderful place while traveling on business years ago.
Downtown Indy was full so I gave this a try. It's worth the drive.

Clean and very comfortable. I have visited at least 6 times over the past few years for little get aways.

Great for a single traveler as well.

Worth the stay!

Very beautiful place. Private little cottage-like room with a great bathtub! Decorated very nicely. We left a nice red negligee there by accident, though...so we assume the maid is enjoying it!
