Based on an article in the 'Amish Country' magazine, we decided to give this place a try for lunch and glad we did. It's on the river in downtown Elkhart and is somewhat 'upscale' looking but definitely casual dining/attire was fine. My turkey melt was very tasty (special for the day) and my husband's burger (I think that's all he eats) was served on pretzel bread & was good as well. The only downside was our waiter had a huge table of ladies and he was kept busy with them so the wait for our food was a bit longer than it should have been & he brought our sandwiches as fast as he could and said the fries would be ready in a minute. Well.....the minute didn't ever come and so he sent us home with two wonderful desserts as an apology. Would definitely go back again and sit outside next time as they have a lovely patio.
