Loved this hotel. This is the third Indigo I've stayed in, and also the best. Rooms/beds/lobby are all top notch. Unique architecture fits in nicely in Columbus. Miles the house pooch was a hit with the family. If you are going to stay in Columbus, you really need to stay here.

We had a lovely stay for our 45th anniversary. The hotel gave us an upgrade to a suite at no additonal cost! What a very pleasant surprise. The rooms were very large, clean, comfortable. Bed was great, bathroom huge with seperate walk-in shower and large tub. Toilet was enclosed. Even had a little enry into the main room, with a puppy dog wearing sunglasses made out of a towel, a swan out of a towel in the bathroom. Even the halls to the rooms were elegant with pretty blue walls instead of the usual neutrals. Very contemporaty decor, unique to us as we are more into traditional/victorian/lodge-type hotels. But a great treat. Room service at no extra charge, something more hotels should do. Very, very pleased and highly recommend a stay here. Only down side was no HGTV or Food Network and the lighting was difficlut to read by. But a wonderful experience. Also no carpet except for area rugs, which was very nice for looks and seemed an especially clean way to go. Wish all hotels did the same.

The hotel is simply gorgeous! We were welcomed in by puppies in the lobby and friendly staff- it was a joy to see a bright, clean, modern, airy hotel with a touch of flair! Starbucks in the lobby was a perk! The rooms are lovely... granite desk in the entry way holds a very fancy coffeemaker and the beds were super comfy! The shower was just to die for...and aveda products in the room was a definate plus! The hotel is very quiet -which was wonderful for our weekend away.... and within 10-15 min of the Brown county winery and shopping!

Excellent location, close to the downton shops and restaurants and also convenient to most of the architectural sites. We walked everywhere.

Miles, the mascot dog, was 'on duty' much of the time, greeting all the visitors. When he got tired, he slept on the counter by the computer keyboard.

Room was quiet, clean and had Aveda products.

The restaurant had good breakfast (I had the yogurt/granola) at reasonable prices.

Would recommend this to anyone.

This hotel was unusual for me. First, while checking in the resident puppy greets you, second, the hotel is good looking. The rooms are very large and the town is so architecturally interesting. Really, anyone interested in architecture must visit this small town south of Indianapolis. This place is a must!

I researched hotels for a romantic getaway to Brown County, IN and since it was peak season I struggled to find availabilty and reasonable rates. I ignored Hotel Indigo at first as I had never heard of the brand. Then I read reviews of the hotel and I was sold. We arrived at the hotel after a long day in Brown County, IN and were impressed with everything. The cool, modern look is one I have never experienced. The room was clean and well decorated. The staff was very nice and helpful. The bed was comfy and linens were so soft. I could not believe how luxurious the hotel felt at the same price as the Holiday Inn down the street. Stay here every chance you get!

We went for our anniversary and got the presidential suite with the dinner out package. A $25 gift certificate, to choose from 7 or more downtown restaurants and also 2 cocktails from the hotel bar. We couldn't pick just one restaurant that we sampled a little from 3. The cocktails from the bar was excellent. The decor in the hotel was beautiful a more modern look very pleasing. The room was excellent, very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The large shower was very nice, also robes and house slippers. I felt like I was at a spa, Aveda soap, shampoo and lotion. In room coffee and tea maker, very nice.
