I love staying at this hotel....the hotel lobby, and guest rooms are decorated in bright, "happy" colors. The staff is incredibly friendly and Miles (the pet dog) is adorable. This is absolutely my favorite place to stay when I am traveling on business.

Picked the Indigo after reading other reviews, and generally was not disappointed. Stayed one night as we dropped off our son at Camp Atterbury for training enroute to Afghanistan. Room was large and well furnished although the sitting chair was not very comfortable. Nice beds and linens, but the beds were a little too firm for my taste. We had a balcony, and unlike being described in some reviews they only overlookd the parking lots, but it was still nice to sit outside. Very casual and comfortable place with coffee shop, limited meal offerings, and very limited foods available for breakfast. Pets welcome ($35), and the hotel actually has a "live in" dog that plays with children and visits in the lobby area. Nice indoor pool and whirlpool, but we did not have time to take advantage of them on this visit.. Columbus seemed to be a very nice town with nice restaurants and bars only a two block walk, and the main downtown business street only three blocks. Visited a farmers market on Sat. morning that was a short three block walk, and they were setting up for a "block party" that evening. Nice hotel with very friendly staff, nice town with many activities, restaurants, bars, and stores you can walk to, and large shopping centers and other stores (Wal Mart, etc.) and restaurants just a short drive away.

read the reviews while on our way home and decided to try Hotel Indigo. Nice, different place. 2 problems though - We were on the post office side and no matter how we tried to close the curtains, the light came through the bottom and the top, so the room was well lit at night. also, i had to put a folded up tshirt on the phone to cover the lights. and this is a little iffy problem - the toilet is so close to the bathroom counter, people could hit their left side trying to use the toilet!

the bar and restaurant were good. i had the steak and spinach salad and really enjoyed it.

I travel to Columbus frequently for business. Until this week I had stayed in another hotel. A colleague recommended your property. This was my first visit. I wsa impressed withthe cleanliness of the property, outstanding service, friendly employees, and cool decor. However I must comment on one employee in particular. Last night after working late I returned around 9 pm. I stopped at the bar / restaurant to inquire about room service. The employee there Lavonne (spelling?) was amazing. She is very friendly, extremely knowledgeable about the hotel, and does an outstanding job. I ended up eating dinner there and had an outstanding meal. (whih she recommended) I am definitely switching my business to your location. Nice job!!

This is a great hotel in a really nice city. I didn't want to leave. The shower (no bathtub) was amazing, it was like being in a luxury spa. The rooms were average size, really cute decor, hardwood floors. The bed was a little to firm for my taste, but that's subjective. Everyone was so nice and the little dog was so sweet. I would recommend asking for a room on the parking lot side of the hotel though because the front faces the back of the post office and they start loading the mail really, really, really early and every single truck beeps when they back up to the loading dock.

Columbus is such a cute little town too, a real hidden gem. I can't imagine staying at any of the other hotels in the area because this hotel really fits in well with the rest of the town.
