We were in Columbus Indiana to see all the local architecture, which is indeed splendid, and went for dinner at this Pho restaurant in a mall. It was terrific. The pho was great- you need a really good basic beef broth to make this soup, and this place had it. The accompanying veggies (mostly noodles and peppers) and meats (meatballs and uncooked thinly sliced beef) were also very good.
The waitress turned out to be a local student and was very helpful. She suggested a mung bean and coconut milk concoction for dessert, which was delicious.
